Additionally, Dr. Burlay shows readers how to eat great foods easily found in today's grocery stores and restaurants.


Section Three Results Continue
In this section, Dr. Burlay shows readers the steps they should take as they begin to approach their target weight. It's here that they learn how to stay motivated and maintain their target weight.


Section Four More Great Ideas
The final part of the book gives readers several great recipes in addition to tips for all sorts of potential obstacles– from relapses and vacations to holidays and snacking.
